Manchester United Transfer News: Honestly David Moyes, we want …….

We want you to take the current ‘ordinary-labeled’ squad and make them better like they used to be (therefore like how they can be). Put the hunger back in them, make them want the ball all the time, make them fight until the last few seconds of stoppage time, makes them feel ‘privilege’ everytime they put on the Manchester United jersey. Yes that top the list and not another Marouane Fellaini….

Capital One Cup – Manchester United 4 Norwich City 0: Hernandez and Fabio

The night belongs to these two players – Javier Hernandez and Fabio da Silva. Two players that find it hard to get game times under new manager David Moyes. For once the score line reflects the class between the two sides but of course both sides did field squad players and youngsters. Still, this win completes the last of the four series of home games for Manchester United at Old Trafford this month and it can be deemed – satisfactory (3 wins and a draw).

Premier League - Manchester United Vs Southampton: Let’s look at Luke Shaw shall we?

All the talks about signing Leighton Baines had indicated David Moyes’ not totally convinced at Patrice Evra capability to hold down the leftback position throughout the season with consistent performance. Alexander Buttner too is not convincing, unable to produce more than one good performance in a row – as evident this season. Moyes has Fabio da Silva but looks likely to see him (Fabio) as a rightback. The link with Luke Shaw was there during the summer transfer, so why not consider this young and highly rated fellow who is now playing for Southampton?

Premier League - Manchester United Vs Southampton: Who is it going to be Moyes?

Always the talking point for all of Manchester United’s fans everywhere – who is going to be David Moyes starting XI? After 26 years of Sir Alex Ferguson, most United fans – despite Ferguson’s constant rotation – can almost knows the way Ferguson picked his team. But since Moyes took over – an unconvincing one so far – his team selection still leaves many United fans scratching their heads.

The other swap deal circulating in the rumors mills is Shinji Kagawa and Borussia Dortmund’s Neven Subotic.

Transfer News: David Moyes will buy again!

Depending on the source of news it was reported that the Glaziers will sanction big money for manager David Moyes to dip into the winter transfer window – and shop. Various names had been linked, notably Ander Hererra of Athletic Bilbao, Leighton Baines of Everton and Fabio Coentrao of Real Madrid. Of the three probably Coentrao will be European cup-tied leaving Baines and Herrera as the more obvious choices – do we need them?

Manchester City 4-1 Manchester United: What a farce!

Nothing goes right for David Moyes and his men on the night. Moyes send out the wrong team on the night where he (and City’s Manuel Pellegrini) needs to prove himself. To add to that Moyes also sends out the wrong message, is he back to his Everton’s days mentality once a game of this magnitude comes around?

Manchester City Vs Manchester United: Any Win Will Be Important for Both

With the Champions League out of the way, both Manuel Pellegrini and David Moyes are set to clash head on for this Sunday’s Manchester derby. Both teams sit on 7 points, 3 behind the surprise league leader – Liverpool (yes, the permanent residence from midtable!). What will this derby means for both teams?

Manchester United 4 Bayer Leverkusen 2: This is more like it…almost!

All the ‘first’ – David Moyes first Champions League game for Manchester United, first Champions League wins for United and himself, first Champions League win ever for United under someone other than the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson, and the list would go on but United fans would take this result. It is comfortable but not entirely convincing – for the soft goals that Bayer Leverkusen managed to scored.

Manchester United Vs Bayer Leverkusen: Moyes must be ready

This is another series of first: David Moyes first group stage Champions League game, first Champions League game for Manchester United, first Champions League game for Manchester United at Old Trafford. Moyes is so new to this job there are so many ‘first’, but does it matter and how will he fare?

Transfer News: Manchester United needs to plan early if…

The summer transfer window is now firmly shut. With the fiasco over the transfer activities by David Moyes and his sidekicks – Ed Woodward, Manchester United has – according to sources – started their transfer planning for the incoming transfer window – in the winter. Among those linked were Christian Benteke, Fabio Coentrao and Ander Herrera.

Transfer News: Latest updates – Manchester United left ‘red-faced’

Never before in the transfer market have supporters seen such ‘disorganized’ last minutes scramble for signature of targeted players, not even those last minutes deal involving a certain Daniel Levy and his Tottenham Hotspurs’ players – Michael Carrick and Dimitar Berbatov. The farce on the deadline transfer will make Manchester United a laughing stock among rivals’ fans for weeks and months to come.

Manchester United Vs Chelsea: We are ready!

Two days to go ahead of this mega match-up between defending champion Manchester United and title contender Chelsea, who coincidently sits on top of the Premier League table – courtesy of that extra game (and win) against Aston Villa. One thing for sure, we can expect Jose Mourinho to continue his ‘mind games’, making statements - especially on the Wayne Rooney issue. He needs to, based on United’s win over Swansea and the fact that it is at Old Trafford.

Transfer News/Updates: 23 August – Bale and Rooney on the verge….

Transfer News/Updates: 22 August – Samuel Eto – No please! Luke Shaw ,Yes please

Luke who? Luke Shaw from Southampton, an 18 year old highly rated leftback who apparently had been under the radar during Sir Alex Ferguson’s time. And possibility of Samuel Eto coming to Manchester United, or Chelsea, or even Arsenal?
